Specific Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Admissions department. Ensure all Admissions Members are adhering to all policies and procedures. Maintain positive interaction with all guests and fellow Team Members. Maintain paperwork documentation regarding labor monitoring, including paperwork completed by Area Leads. Develop a break schedule that adheres to Labor Laws on the State, Federal, and Park level. Ensure all team members are properly trained. Conduct coaching/counseling sessions with Team Members and Leads. Serve as a Park Guest Service Ambassador and work to resolve all guest concerns brought to your attention. Monitor team member demeanor and performance; reward, motivate, and/or reprimand as needed Enforce all Six Flags policies and standards on a daily basis Be an active member and role model for the Operations Team. Willfully perform duties in any department at SFA when necessary. Perform all other duties as assigned by park leadership.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to Admissions Full-Time Supervisor.

Minimum Requirements

Must have previous experience in the Admissions department. Admissions leadership experience is preferred. Must possess a friendly and positive attitude. Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions while on foot for long periods of time. Exhibit demonstrated leadership qualities. Must be at least 16 years of age. Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to forty pounds occasionally.
