Adobe Campaign Solution Engineer
Job Description

The Adobe Campaign Solution Engineer will work with our clients to design and set up campaign management solution deployments using Adobe Campaign and other digital marketing tools. Extensive interaction with our clients and their corporate infrastructure, business analysts and project and production teams is required to ensure that we meet our goal: superior client service and on-time delivery.

A candidate with knowledge of both marketing processes and technical database system/campaign management software is required.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver Digital Marketing platform solutions leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud stack, and specifically Adobe Campaign v8.

Ability to interact confidently with client business resources and technical resources at various levels.

Ability to conduct discovery workshops to define and consolidate business requirements, and layout a technology roadmap aligning business goals and needs.

Be able to understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development, test, production execution and quality control.

Interface directly with the client, to address and manage client requests and communicate status – in person, via phone and/or email.

Document the solution and train our client’s staff in the Adobe Campaign system setup.

Key Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or equivalent prior experience in campaign management systems.Proven track record of successful Adobe Campaign implementations, with strong task management, consulting, and stakeholder management abilities.Mastery of Adobe Campaign v8 architecture, features, and capabilities, including advanced proficiency in JavaScript, XML, SQL, and integration with other Adobe Experience Cloud products.Expert in designing and optimizing complex technical workflows for data management, campaign automation, and system maintenance.Experience in designing and implementing complex, multi-touch marketing programs, cross-channel campaign orchestration, and advanced customer segmentation strategies.Experience with migration from Adobe Campaign Classic v7 to Adobe Campaign v8.Adobe Campaign Classic Developer Professional or Expert certification required; progress towards Adobe Campaign Classic Master Architect certification is strongly desired.Experience with other solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is strongly desired.Knowledge and awareness of best practices and industry trends in areas such as omnichannel marketing and personalization.Detail-oriented and organized - able to balance changing workload.Excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.Proven track record of successful Adobe Campaign implementations, with strong project management, consulting, and stakeholder management abilities.Mastery of Adobe Campaign V8 architecture, features, and capabilities, including advanced Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, SQL, and integration with other Adobe Experience Cloud products.Expert in designing and optimizing complex technical workflows for Data management, Campaign automation, and system maintenance.Extensive Experience in designing and implementing complex, multi-touch marketing programs, cross-channel Campaign orchestration, and advanced customer segmentation strategies.Life at Capgemini
