Join our innovative and collaborative team as we deliver extraordinary digital experiences for some of the world’s largest brands!  Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP) Operations Specialist to oversee the smooth operation of shift activities, manage task prioritization, and coordinate issue resolution across teams. This role requires an individual with technical expertise in Adobe Experience Platform components and outbound marketing tools, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills. Primary Responsibilities + Shift Operations Management: Oversee daily shift activities, ensure smooth task prioritization, and resolve operational issues effectively. + Issue Escalation: Act as the primary point of contact between engineers and management for escalating critical issues. + Reporting: Generate and present weekly reports summarizing incidents, resolutions, SLA compliance, and opportunities for process improvement. + Collaboration: Coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Required Skills + Adobe Experience Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). + Familiarity with FAC and Data Distiller is a plus. + Google Cloud Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with GCP components such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer, GCS, and Monitoring tools. + Marketing Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with outbound marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Meta, and TikTok for effective data integration. + Team Management: Strong leadership, communication, and task management skills to drive collaboration across teams. Key Objectives + Seamless Shift Handover: Ensure handovers include proper documentation and clear communication. + SLA Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements for response times and issue remediation. + Problem Analysis: Identify patterns in recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose long-term solutions. + Automation & Monitoring: Discover opportunities for new monitoring processes and automation to reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency.
