Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert
**CTG is seeking to fill a Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert opening for our client in New York.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 3 months with possible extension **Duties:** + Lead the implementation process of Adobe Workfront for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from their previous systems. + Lead Design and Configuration of the Adobe Workfront platform to meet the unique needs of each client, including custom workflows, reporting structures, and integrations. + Manage team of on-shore and off-shore Adobe Workfront configurators, assigning and delegating work based on client needs and team abilities. Review configuration work and provide feedback and training where needed. + Act as a subject matter expert, offering ongoing consultation and support to clients, addressing their evolving needs and challenges. + Configure Workfront objects such as custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, approval workflows, layout templates, companies, groups, job roles, etc. + Collaborate with internal teams to stay abreast of product updates and enhancements, ensuring clients benefit from the latest features. + Conduct regular health checks and performance reviews of client implementations, identifying areas for optimization and improvement. + Manage client expectations, communicate progress effectively, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. + Contribute to the continuous development of our Adobe Workfront practice, sharing insights and best practices across the organization. **Skills:** + Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms. + Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus. + Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies. + Familiarity with integrating AEM with third-party systems and platforms. + Knowledge of the Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Target is beneficial. + Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Strong collaboration and communication skills. **Experience:** + 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementation and customization. + Experience working with Adobe Workfront and staying current with updates and new features. + Previous experience in a consulting or development role working with web content management platforms. + Proven track record of working on enterprise-level AEM projects. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience. + Adobe certifications are a plus. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80.00 to $96.00 hourly. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
