Position Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time Adolescent Eating Disorder Clinician to join our team and contribute to the well-being of our clients by providing direct support through individual, family, and group counseling sessions, as well as overseeing various aspects of our daily program operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a weekly program schedule based on client census and group needs. Coordinate ancillary services, including Yoga and Art Therapy, and manage daily food orders. Facilitate Partial Hospitalization, family, individual therapy sessions, and conduct client assessments as per program guidelines. Prepare materials for group facilitation and maintain client files according to regulatory standards. Create and manage individualized treatment planning goals in collaboration with clients, family members, and staff. Conduct team treatment meetings weekly, document insurance reviews, and collect client co-pays. Participate in training, staff meetings, and supervision, upholding program standards. Maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention as needed. Establish and maintain ethical boundaries with clients.Education & Experience Requirements
Preferred: Master’s level licensure in Pennsylvania. 3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience in adolescent services or 2+ years in adult services. Experience or training in mental health programs for children and youth.
