High Focus Centers and Seeds of Hope, formerly Onward Behavioral Health (OBH), is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team in Paoli, PA. We provide high-quality outpatient treatment for individuals struggling with substance use, mental health, and eating disorders. Position: Adolescent Eating Disorder Clinician - PHP
Location: Paoli, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Daytime Hours

Key Responsibilities:

Develop weekly programming schedules based on census and group milieu Coordinate ancillary services (Yoga/Art Therapy) and manage daily food orders Facilitate Partial, Family, and Individual Sessions, along with assessments Prepare materials for sessions and group activities Maintain client files and treatment planning goals in compliance with program standards Conduct behavioral and emotional evaluations of clients and families Communicate effectively with referral sources and company representatives Attend weekly team treatment meetings and insurance reviews Collect client co-pays and maintain accurate documentation within required timeframes Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and supervision as needed Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for clients, including crisis intervention Uphold ethical boundaries with clients and complete other assigned duties

Qualifications:

Required: Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field Preferred: Master's level licensure in Pennsylvania (not required) Preferred: Experience or education related to Eating Disorders
