High Focus Centers in Jenkintown is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our compassionate and highly skilled staff develop individualized, robust treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals. Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Counselor to deliver high-quality care within our structured outpatient programs. In this role, you will facilitate group therapy, provide family support services, and conduct assessments to guide clients toward recovery and well-being. This is an in-person position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $50,000–$55,000/year (commensurate with experience and credentials)

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group therapy sessions and one Outpatient therapy group for clients transitioning to lower levels of care. Conduct 6–8 Level of Care Assessments per week in alignment with program standards. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress. Perform insurance reviews and ensure accurate documentation. Collect client co-pays as needed. Contribute to program goals and take on additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Human Services or a related field. Previous professional counseling experience working with adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
