We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for our amazing non-profit Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facility in Everett, WA. We are seeking someone who is a true leader - someone who can inspire those around them to do and be their best to help develop a cohesive team. Qualifications: + BSN + Unencumbered Washington RN license + 2+ years of experience as an RN + 2+ years of experience in an SNF + 2+ years of supervisory experience What you'll do: + Assist with planning and ongoing education of staff, as well as conducting staff orientation. + Utilize strong communication skills to serve as a liaison between teams. + Ensure all Infection Control precautions and trainings are done to avoid potential exposure. + Support DON and Administrator in ensuring quality care of all residents. + Other duties as directed by the DON or Administrator. Schedule: + Monday-Friday 8am-5pm + NO On-Call + Rare weekend coverage / survey coverage.
