AdOps Specialist

As an Ad Operations Specialist, you own the QA process for all digital media activities across channels. Your fundamental knowledge of the media landscape will be an invaluable asset to a team of creative thinkers. Owning a relationship with media partners will help you excel in a job requiring fast thinking, accuracy, and versatility.

You will:

Own the QA process, from campaign set up to launch and maintenance. Work with third party vendors to verify creative updates and rotations. Work with external partners to troubleshoot campaign issues. Have some experience with dynamic ad serving partners (DCO). Ensure pixels and tags are firing properly on campaign landing pages. Manage deadlines and workflow. Own the quality and consistency of your deliverables.

You have:

2+ years experience in advertising operations. Strong knowledge of CM360 (or another similar like (Google Ads or Google Marketing Platform) and Social platforms.  Fundamental skills in standard and rich media ad trafficking software for display, video, mobile, search, and other emerging channels. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details. Ability to work effectively under stressful situations and tight deadlines. Good project management, planning, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and seek help when needed. Flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
