**Job Description:** + We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Ads Mixed Method Researcher to join our dynamic marketing team. This role involves utilizing a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, consumer behavior, and market trends. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both data-driven research and narrative insights, with a focus on optimizing advertising strategies and improving campaign performance. **Responsibilities:** + Conduct mixed methods user research. + User study moderation. + Administer questionnaires and surveys. + Assist other user researchers with various user research preparation activities. + Literature reviews. + Liaise with participant recruiting teams and participant onboarding. + Note taking and data capture. + Highlight-video creation. + Data analysis/synthesis. + Draft findings, recommendations, and reports based on user research. + Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations. + Work with content at many levels (style guides, templates, analytics). Partner with Product, Program Management, UX, UXR, engineering, support operations, legal, PR, and other editorial groups to ensure content consistency and transparency. **Experience:** + 5 years of experience in applied research setting or similar. + Proven experience in product research within an applied research setting. + Demonstrated experience preparing and conducting usability studies. + Excellent analytical skills, particularly in observing user behavior. + Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting findings concisely and effectively. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
