Position Overview: As the ADT Photo DUV Sr. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our engineering efforts in Taiwan. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the forefront of brand new technology, driving world-class solutions that craft the future of memory and storage.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the ADT Photo Engineering team to successfully implement high-impact projects.Develop and maintain flawless engineering processes to ensure the highest quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and deliver innovative solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and compete effectively in the market.Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to Micron’s vision.Successfully lead the transfer of photo technology from TD to OMT and implement it effective.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.Outstanding problem-solving skills with a strict attention to detail.Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a positive and optimistic attitude.Knowledge of advanced engineering principles and practices in the technology sector.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree or above preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality engineering solutions in a competitive industry.Experience working in an international, multicultural environment is a plus.Fluent in English and communication.
