As an ADT Manager, you are responsible for new technology transfer to OMT. The job scope includes all related projects and programs to meet transfer and TTMCY goals. You will play a crucial role in maintaining magnificent operations and achieving outstanding results. Your proven leadership skills will ensure our projects align with our goals, and you'll collaborate closely with teams with varied strengths to implement innovative ways.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Complete all required safety training and ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Micron's safety policies.Develop a working team culture that emphasizes individual strengths by aligning team member skills with roles and responsibilities that are valued and contribute to overall team success.Develop and grow relationships with key internal and external partners to make sure the technology transfer and development are consistent with Micron goals and priorities.Define and align projects and programs to meet transfer and TTMCY goals.Collaborate closely with R&D and TDT teams to improve Fab processes and equipment, ensuring transfer goals are achieved.Foster positive relationships with partners across all OMT modules, divisions, OCT, and R&D engineering teams.Support continuous improvement efforts through Maintenance Optimization Plans, including SOPs, Manuals, Equipment Performance, Business Processes, and BKMs.Coach, mentor, empower, and supervise team members.Preferred Education and Experience
Degree: B.S. or M.S. in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Productions & Operations Management, or equivalent work experienceAt least 5 years’ experience in CMPAt least 3 years’ experience as a leader or managerProven ability to partner successfully with other groups (site, network, global) and build strong peer relationshipsAbility to motivate and challenge teams to improve the efficiency of the organizationExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels within the organizationStrong negotiation skills, able to influence others using creative approachesStrong critical thinking, prioritization, and analytical skills while providing insights to drive strategic directionWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
