Job Responsibilities

Identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process-related problems to ensure flawless operations.Coordinate and complete process, equipment, and material evaluation and optimization initiatives, successfully implementing necessary changes at each process step.Lead or participate in multi-functional task force groups driving towards ambitious targets for continuous yield improvement and cost reduction.Validate and fan out new process baselines, including new processes, tools, and materials for new product introductions.Support Statistical Process Control (SPC), Fault Detection and Classification (FDC), Recipe Management System (RMS), and Advanced Process Control (APC) to maintain world-class standards.Manage and audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives strictly aligned with company goals.Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance and excellence.

Job RequirementsProven experience in a relevant engineering role, preferably within the semiconductor industry.Strong background in dry etch processes and equipment.Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues effectively.Ability to lead and collaborate within multi-functional teams to determine and achieve targets.Experience with SPC, FDC, RMS, and APC systems.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities successfully.BS degree with 7+ years experience.
