CLINICIAN NEEDED IN HARTFORD COUNTY!!!
Job Description: We are looking for dedicated Adult Clinicians to join our team. Your main tasks will include:
Following infection control practices.Referring patients for medical and psychological help.Collecting urine samples for drug tests.Introducing new patients to our treatment programs.Identifying potential clients and explaining our services.Completing paperwork on time and keeping client information confidential.Providing ongoing support and advocacy for clients.Participating in team meetings and community events.Presenting information about our programs to other agencies.Requirements:
Master's degree in social work or a related field with a relevant license (LCSW, LADC, LMFT, LPC).At least three years of experience in clinical work related to homelessness, mental health, or substance use.Proficiency in databases, MS Office, and writing reports.Strong organizational, motivational, time management, and interpersonal skills.Training in crisis intervention, substance use, mental illness, or domestic violence.Experience working with diverse populations.Knowledge of Human Services, Court systems, and substance use.Understanding of co-occurring disorders and social services in Hartford.Additional Skills:
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.Case management experience is beneficial.Work Environment:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Interaction with social service providers and participation in team meetings and community engagements.High level of confidentiality and professionalism required.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
