We are currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Adult Education Specialist/LMS Administrator. Clearance:Active DoD Secret Clearance Work Schedule:Onsite M-F. Role Overview: The Adult Education Specialist/LMS Administrator will manage all phases of the ADDIE process, design and develop instructional materials for various delivery methods, and oversee Moodle and LMS operations. They will apply learning theories to improve instructional effectiveness, design training programs, and evaluate educational content through performance tests and surveys. Additionally, the administrator will develop training materials, select appropriate software for education and training, and ensure the quality and validity of training resources. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required for documentation and reporting. General Skillset + Experience with Microsoft Office + Verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work both collaboratively and individually + Critical Thinking Skills + Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed Specific Skillset + Expertise in all phases of the ADDIE process (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) + Proficiency with Moodle and LMS operations + Knowledge of learning theories and their application in instructional design + Experience with designing and developing instructor-led, computer-based, synchronous, and asynchronous training + Ability to design training programs, strategies, and models to enhance instructional effectiveness + Skill in evaluating instructional programs using tests, surveys, and performance assessments + Ability to create and validate training materials based on learner characteristics and objectives + Familiarity with selecting and using appropriate educational software and technology + Attention to detail and ability to ensure the reliability and validity of training resources Requirements Education & Certifications + Bachelor's degree in IT, Education, or a related field. + Master's degree is preferred.
