BayCare’s RN Residency Program:

Our 12-month program is tailored to equip new graduate RNs with hands-on experience, while providing the necessary support and guidance for a smooth transition into their professional roles. As a resident, you will build confidence through collaboration with your preceptor and participation in workshops that emphasize patient safety, critical thinking, evidence-based practice, among other skills. Throughout the residency, we pledge ongoing support during your inaugural year of practice, with dedicated educators committed to delivering outstanding, personalized care throughout the duration of the program.
