We areseeking an FM/IM Physician for a locums-to-perm job in Live Oak, CA.
JOB DETAILS:
Full time, M-F 8am-5pm No on-call or weekends Start date: ASAP Goal is to transition provider to permanent role once full privileging is complete Standard primary and chronic health care, adults only
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Physician – board certified FP/FM or IM only Unrestricted CA medical license DEA BLS or ACLS 2-3 years’ experience working in community-based primary care or FQHC setting preferred
