Provide general supervision of all residents while accurately implementing guidelines, policies, procedures, and rules under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and Assistant Director.Consistently monitor to ensure the safety of each facility and resident.Guide residents in all areas of daily living skills—cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, and meal planning.Document resident activity and treatment progress daily through IRTS/ICPR notes, communication logs, and other required documentation in specified timeframes.Facilitate assigned groups with residents, providing feedback and communicating positive expectations.Participate in all meetings with residential staff, direct supervisors, treatment teams, and Housing Department as assigned.Monitor interactions between residents and unauthorized visitors to ensure safety.Implement treatment plan interventions and incorporate them into interactions with each resident for consistent and effective treatment across shifts.Follow procedures outlined in medication training and manuals for administering, counting, documenting, and overseeing medications as applicable.Act as ‘staff advisor’ to assigned residents and fulfill treatment planning and documentation requirements associated with this role.Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.High school diploma or GED required; experience in Human Services or a related field preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field is preferred (or equivalent).Valid Missouri Driver’s License and ability to obtain a Chauffeur’s Driver’s License; CPR and First Aid certification required.Completion of annual TB tests and physical health screenings.Successful completion of a background screening, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.Supervisory Requirements:

Successful completion of a background check.Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.Compliance with all training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.Physical Requirements:
