Your New Role
We have multiple production internship opportunities available in our adult swim animation departments. By applying to this posting, you will be considered for all internship opportunities within this area. These internships will be located in the Atlanta area. The selected interns will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern managers in office schedule.

Since 2001, Adult Swim has introduced unique voices and ground breaking animation to audiences, and continues to do so every night on television and Max. It is old enough to apply for its own internship! The ideal candidate for this role will work with individuals and teams on various projects across all stages of production. The candidate will be friendly, organized, and supportive as projects and challenges arise daily. The internship will focus more on administrative tasks and learning from a production perspective, but there will be opportunities for creative growth.



Your Role Accountabilities
Duties could include:

Support production and ancillary departments at studio through all stages of productionHelp out on tasks to maintain organized studio spaceSchedule and organize meeting, including taking notes and distributing them after the meetingAssist with tracking and archiving production detailsAid in talent and network relationsTrack production progress for shows across Adult SwimLog/Transcribe shows as they change across various cutsArchive footage and documents keeping them organized and available for production team members


The Essentials

Familiarity with animation process and current adult swim programmingWell organized and good multi-tasking skillsPositive attitude and eager to help out on an assortment of projectsNice to have previous experience working in customer service, retail, boring jobExperience and knowledge in Adobe Suite, Google Drive, Microsoft, and Final Draft are a plus!If you are interested in learning all stages of the production process and have a strong interest in production management, this internship is right for you!

Must be actively enrolled in a U.S. accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required) 

Must be a rising Junior or Senior Undergrad Student (18 years or older) 

Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA) 

Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

Follow and analyze market/industry trends to better position products

Past experience in launching consumer-facing digital products

What to know before applying: 

The duration of the summer program regardless of which start/end option is 11 weeks.   

Program date options: 

Option 1: June 2nd – August 15th  

Option 2: June 9th – August 22nd   

Interns will be expected to work 35-40 hours per week in a hybrid capacity.  

Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.  

Interviewing will take place from February through mid-April. A WBD team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates.
