**Position Summary**
The Adult System of Care Administrator is an experienced leader/manager that collaborates with adult welfare, adult corrections and other adult and transition-age youth serving agencies; and is responsible to oversee the adult service delivery system. The Adult System of Care Administrator oversees the development and implementation of community support programs and processes that ensure the needs of transition-age youth, adults and families are met. The Adult System of Care Administrator coordinates with State agencies, develops practice adjustments, assists with policy and procedure revisions and provides training and support to ensure continuous improvement in serving adults and transition-age youth. The Adult System of Care Administrator assists with ensuring continuous quality improvement at the provider and network levels and establishes a positive organization and company image within the State health care community. The Adult System of Care Administrator participates in shaping integrated health systems of care and resolving issues and challenges identified and establishes and maintains ongoing relationships with key agencies, providers, advocacy groups and State partners.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Candidate must be a resident of Kentucky.
+ Two or more years of experience in public sector or managed health care.
+ Two or more years of experience as Adult System Administrator or similar role for a health care/managed care organization overseeing collaboration with adult welfare agencies and the justice system.
+ Two or more years of experience in project management/management related to the development and implementation of healthcare related initiatives or programs.
+ Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of master's/clinical licensure.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Knowledge and understanding of the Kentucky Medicaid managed care market, regulations, practices and integrated health/behavioral health system strongly preferred.
+ Master’s degree in a Behavioral Health field or related field.
+ Unencumbered Behavioral Health clinical license in the state where they work.
**Education**
Master’s degree in a Behavioral Health field or related field.
Equivalent combination of education and experience with a bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Health field or related field may be considered.
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $149,328.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
