If awarded, this unique opportunity will offer a competency-based dual-training approach where selected applicants receive a combination of formal education strategically paired with real-life job experiences. Advance or start your career in healthcare in one of the following occupations: + Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) + Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) + Registered Nurse (RN) + Radiologic Technologist Program Overview: + Get paid to job shadow and learn skills that are necessary to become an RN, LPN, CMA, or Radiologic Technologist + Work at MLHS in a different entry level position and earn money while attending school + Apply for up to $6,000 for tuition costs and books per school year, for up to 4 years or $24,000 max (applicants must reapply every school year, no guarantee year to year)* + Pick a school option that fits your schedule + Partner with local colleges to get your degree + Enjoy employment options after you complete your degree at Mille Lacs Health System + High school graduates strongly encouraged to apply!
