What you’ll do:Engaging with business users to understand business challenges, how users are approaching these challenges, and identify machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that will support the decision making processDesigning, developing, and implementing predictive/prescriptive models and analytical tools to extract maximum value from dataTranslating data insights into actions and recommendations that will drive better revenue and fleet decisionsIdentifying new or transformed data sources that could lead to better models and insightsDeveloping processes and tools to measure and monitor model performance and value achieved from solutionsIdentifying automation opportunities to help business team increase time spent analyzing resultsUse Tableau to visualize business insightsYou should apply if you bring:Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related disciplineMinimum 1 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/workExperience with at least one data science package (e.g., Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, Caffe, TensorFlow), database queries (e.g., Oracle, SQLServer, Access, Hadoop/HiveSQL), and at least one programming language (e.g., VBA, Java, C/C++, Python, R, SAS)Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Strong analytical, judgment, and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organization, time management, and planning skillsExcellent documentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentAdvanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or similar disciplineDemonstrated experience presenting complex model outputs and results to non-technical audienceBenefits you’ll receive: Paid time off 401K retirement plan with company matched contributions Access to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance Eligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Legal, Identity Theft, Insurance, FSA, additional life insurance coverages Contribute up to $260 as a tax free benefit for public transportation or parking expenses Employee discounts, including discounted prices on purchase of Avis / Budget cars Access to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service, and more
