Responsibilities include: * Advanced AP Processor will process a minimum of 120-140 invoices daily to meet productivity standards * Verifying invoices against purchase orders or requisition line items; Keys and codes invoices for payments or service entries for approval * Performing independent research to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies * As an Advanced AP Processor, you will research invoices to avoid duplicate payments * Communicating with internal stakeholders, verbally and in writing * Requesting vendor account updates from the vendor master data team to assure payments are made to correct vendors
