Exposure to Alteryx/R/Python• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across Finance and Tech to align purpose, teams, and technology• Monthly MOS management with established standards• Ability to deliver under pressure and escalation management• Highly experienced SAP reporting subject matter experts and data mining / management reporting specialists to engage with business users & Hubs to:o Capture and prioritize business reporting and analysis requirements.o Identify and mobilize to eliminate reporting and analysis pain points, review metric definitions and propose relevant policy changeso drive adoption of global process reporting solutions & build capability and advocacyo sustain robust BAU delivery of standard based reportingTechnical Competencies Highly skilled and experienced reporting designers and architects to: • Engage with the business facing team to define and deliver automated, robust, efficient and creative reporting solutions to meet identified reporting needs• Leverage available, scalable technologies to implement sustainable reporting and analysis solutions• Efficiently capture reporting issues through Remedy/Service Now and engage across Operational and Tech functions to ensure timely and effective resolution.CompetenciesSpecific knowledge, skills and experience needed to successfully undertake duties of the job Education and Certifications • Technical Grad/Engineer, with certification in Tableau, Power platform-based applications• MBA in finance will be an added advantageRequired Experiences • Min 7-10 years of exposure of developing and maintaining analytical dashboard for supply chain management• Expertise in Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and other power platform-based applications• Experience in supply chain processKnowledge and Skills • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to influence senior leadership and decision-making using data.• Experience of SAP/Oracle system, data mining, financial planning and reporting system.• Experience in designing BI queries, Tableau development.
