Advanced Engineer, Customer Support
Responds to customer request for on-site technical support. New technology installations, training, and support Troubleshoots product problems on-site. Supports Applications Engineers in design related issues. Provides input for Applications Notes to Product Engineering. Provides information to Account Manager and Product Marketing on use of products and competitive situation I In the accounts. Provides input to Product Engineering for periodic maintenance.

Inputs best practices for customer application into and maintain the data for the products

Education: bachelor’s degree or higher in EE, ME, or a related engineering field. Experience: No required for related experience. Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to work. Needs to able to travel by air for oversea support. Needs to be able to work independently. Willingness to work overtime and rotating night shifts
