The Advanced Engineering apprenticeship here at Ford will include 12-18 months of off-the- job training, where you will get to broaden your knowledge and skill-set at one of our Apprentice Training Centres.
Your on-the-job training will take place at the relevant Ford operation (either Dunton Campus or Dagenham Engine Plant), where you will get to apply your new skills and knowledge gained during your initial training to real-life engineering operations.
You will gain a National Vocational Qualification at Level 2 and Level 3, a BTEC level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, a BTEC level 3 Extended Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, and Functional Skills in Maths, English and Information Technology.
