You will report to the\nSr. Engineering Manager of the Military Avionics COE and be responsible for\ndriving execution on the existing military platforms as well as engaged with\nthe introduction and adoption of new technologies in support of Honeywell 360\nDisplay, Militarized Anthem flight decks and unmanned operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage a team of advanced hardware engineers to develop and\ndeliver high-quality products
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project\nexecution
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and efficiency, Create product-build documentation and Coach engineering technicians and junior engineers

YOU\nMUST HAVE• \nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical\ndiscipline such as electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related\nfield
• \n5+ years of experience in advanced hardware design and development
• \nStrong knowledge of advanced hardware design principles and\nmethodologies
• \nProficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools
• \nExperience with hardware testing and validation
• \nExcellent leadership and communication skills

• \nExperience with high-speed digital and analog circuit design
• \nKnowledge of microcontroller-based designs and display products
