Advanced Heart Failure Transplant Cardiologist
\nBaylor Scott & White Health is seeking a fellowship trained, board certified, Advanced Heart Failure Transplant Cardiologist for our Advanced Heart Failure Transplant team at BSWH Medical Center Temple Center for Advanced Medicine. Our heart failure services, including heart transplant/ventricular assist devices, ECMO, and an interdisciplinary shock team are growing. You will join a team of 8 advanced heart failure specialists. Our team currently supports approximately 50 heart replacements annually and has a focus on quality and longitudinal well-being for our patients. The advanced heart failure team supports the Central Texas Region and is part of a team including robust structural, surgical, imaging and imaging team members.
\nDuties include inpatient and outpatient heart failure and transplant consultation service. Additional responsibilities include ACGME education of Cardiology Fellows and rotating service on the inpatient cardiac transplant service at BSWH Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas,

\n\nMust be UNOS qualified for the care of patients with cardiac transplants. \nAn interest in education and research is encouraged, but not essential.\nProvide coverage for Transplant, inpatient and outpatient services.\nOutreach rotations may include Waco, College Station, Round Rock or Killeen. \n1:6 or 1:8 call\n\nAbout Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple
