What You'll be Doing:

As an Advanced Inside Sales Representative, you'll be managing our prospecting function for Wolters Kluwer CT Corporation. Your primary responsibility is providing marketing qualified leads to assist sales personnel in meeting or exceeding their sales goals. Your time will be spent vetting, qualifying and prospecting new customers for sales.  Prospecting activities include learning and staying informed on the complex and comprehensive CT suite product line; updating the sales CRM database (salesforce.com); managing time and resources effectively; representing Wolters Kluwer within the industry and territory; and contributing to sales marketing campaign planning and lead generation activities. This position requires excellent communication skills (oral & written) and the ability to work effectively and efficiently.

Key Tasks: 

Provide customer sales qualification by fielding inbound telephone, web and email activity coming from the CT websites and route the requests to the appropriate internal teamsOutreach and campaign follow-up to new customers (“prospects”) and existing customersCross-sell/upsell of new solutions to existing CT subscription customers as directedSupporting and assisting with CT subscription renewal motionVetting, qualifying and prospecting new customers for sales.Learning and staying informed on the complex and comprehensive CT suite product lineUpdating the sales CRM database (salesforce.com)Managing time and resources effectivelyRepresenting Wolters Kluwer within the industry and territoryContributing to sales marketing campaign planning and lead generation activitiesManage and maintain the prospector inbound web form queue in Saleforce.comComply with all lead-management-related service-level agreementsConduct customer/prospect account research (web, D&B, Top LF, Global top 2000) to identify and warm up new opportunities for the sales teamGenerate marketing qualified sales leads via outbound call and/or email initiatives. Outbound lists include, but are not limited to marketing campaign follow-up, event registration, etc.Regularly check-in with sales managers to gather feedback, help create reports and improve the prospecting workflowsList compiling, clean-up and preparation for prospecting team activitiesScheduling customer meetings for salesManage incoming communications to the prospector mailbox.

You're a Great Fit if You Have/Can:  

Associate degree or equivalent experience1-5 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experienceA proven track record of strong client relationships.Excellent client service skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in the legal services industryDemonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas.Experienced CRM User (salesforce.com preferred)Strong Excel skillsA proven track record of strong client relationshipsGo into and are located within 50 miles of one of our CT offices, to work a hybrid schedule (Office locations: Contact Wolters Kluwer | Wolters Kluwer )

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $61,650-$85,200
