Advanced Mfg Engineer II
Launch innovations in nearly every commercial and defense aircraft platform

 

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will be accountable for developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. With your expertise and guidance, you will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, Florida location on an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will guide increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality in our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure that we deliver innovative and high-quality products to our customers. Your contributions will directly impact on our bottom line and help us maintain our position as a global technology guide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies

• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

• Minimum 2 years’ experience
