The Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) will play a pivotal role in the development of the Primary Care practice and will be comfortable working with patients from all ages. Responsibilities will include conducting thorough patient assessments, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic illnesses, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Working in an outpatient setting, you will have the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with your patients, providing continuity of care and building trust.
