St. Mary's Primary Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dedicated team, providing Primary Care to the beautiful community of Poland, Maine, home to Range Pond State Park, which offers hiking trails and a pristine freshwater beach. Opportunity Highlights: + Full-time: 4-day clinic work week, 32 patient contact hours per week. Requirements: + Graduation from a state-certified advanced practice program. + An unrestricted license to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant. + An unrestricted DEA registration. + A state-issued Controlled Substance Registration (CSR). + Registration with the state Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP).
