About the Position

Full-time position with dynamic group; Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with heart failure/cardiology experience preferredPosition is a combination of both inpatient and outpatient, dedicated to heart failure as well as non-clinical time to support the program growth.Social services outreach, patient education, and representing the HF clinic/program in GettysburgPosition will also have responsibility of local program growth, engagement in strategic initiatives, utilize lean thinking and team building, and involvement in system-wide HF efforts.
