**Overview** CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health includes 275 providers delivering quality care to patients across 88 locations in central and eastern Kentucky. Our full service network delivers a variety of Primary Care Services including Family Internal Geriatric and Pediatric Medicine in addition to several specialties to deliver custom care based on the unique needs of our patients. **Responsibilities** + Complies with safety and emergency procedures. + Complies with Department/Unit policies. + Documents activities consistent with Department/Unit Guidelines. + Performs critical/frequent services. + Provides care/services based on identified needs. + Uses required equipment for providing care/services. + Consults with department resources. + Demonstrates professional responsibility as per job classification. + Demonstrates Core Values Guest Relations/Guest Service Standards. + Demonstrates Core Values Based on Behavioral Standards. + Other duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications** + Graduate from an accredited program (APRN or PA-C) + Current licensure required + Must possess and maintain BLS + Demonstrated clinical competence; ability to collaborate with others; ability to initiate and plan own activities; effective patient/staff teaching. + Adequate conversational English is required in order that the individual be able to take direction from management, understand how to complete job tasks, communicate adequately with patients and co-workers as necessary, understand and follow safety guidelines, and understand the Associate Handbook and all hospital policies. **Pay Range** $40.56 - $68.14 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
