What you can expect at your practice:

Opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our geriatric population in York, PA. Full-time, Monday - Friday; to include 1 night/week call and 1:6 weekend call. Provide direct patient care in multiple facilities across the aging continuum; including Long-Term Care, Short-Term Rehab placement in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Nursing Homes. Ability to work independently with the support of collaborative Physician and office team. 2+ years' experience preferred in Geriatrics and/or Long-Term Care.
