Responsibilities

Ascension St. Vincent is looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our elite and highly skilled burn care team in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Our ideal candidates must be willing to work days and every third weekend. Our ideal candidate would have burn or ICU experience. 12 hr shifts, 7am-730p, includes holiday and weekend coverage, No call

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.One or more of the following required:Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the National Certification Corporation (NCC) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.

Education:

Master's degree of Nursing required.
