Inova Health System is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our Endocrinology team at the Tysons outpatient clinic. About the Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider with Inova Endocrinology, you will provide comprehensive care for patients with a variety of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and adrenal and pituitary conditions. You will work alongside a team of highly skilled physicians and other APPs to deliver evidence-based, patient-focused care.

Perform patient assessments, including comprehensive histories and physical examinations. Diagnose, treat, and manage endocrine conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, and osteoporosis. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Provide patient education and counseling on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth of the Tysons endocrine program.Additional Requirements:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program. Certification: Board certified or board eligible as a PA or NP. Licensure: Current, unrestricted license to practice as a PA/NP in the state of Virginia. Experience: Prior experience in endocrinology or internal medicine is preferred but not required; new graduates with a passion for endocrinology are encouraged to apply. Schedule: Full-time position, Monday – Friday
