Job DescriptionRole Overview:
Join a world-renowned team of over 900 NPs and PAs at MSK, where compassionate and expert cancer care transforms lives every day. We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to provide comprehensive care to patients in our Ophthalmic Oncology Surgery service, meeting the medical and psychosocial needs of both pediatric and adult patients. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with top physicians and healthcare professionals, providing pre- and post-operative care in both outpatient clinics and inpatient settings. You’ll also be instrumental in implementing patient education and clinical support programs that ensure a seamless continuum of care. If you’re a PA or NP with RNFA certification, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your impact in the OR as well. Key Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited PA programNCCPA certificationActive NYS license or be qualified for state licensureA minimum of 3 years of related experience is preferredBLS certification/ PALS certification/ALS certificationORCurrent New York State (NYS) RN and Family Nurse Practitioner licenses/registrations.Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)3+ years of related clinical experienceRelated National NP certificationBLS certification/ PALS certification/ALS certificationCore Skills:
