Practice Description Fairview Health Services is seeking a Same Day Advanced Practice Provider to join our Internal Medicine primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Edina. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with top clinical quality and patient satisfaction scores. Practice Details: 13 provider primary care practice with more than 15 specialists onsite. Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day. 34 patient contact hours per week. Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) or less - Flexible schedule. Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
