We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN.
Highlights
This provider will join our Touchpoint Senior Living practice providing care to the geriatric population in the skilled nursing facility and assisted living settings. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated expertise in the advanced practice of nursing within the Adult/Geriatric population and an understanding of the specific needs of this population, as well as a desire to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This position includes travel between skilled nursing facilities and weekend (Saturday/Sunday) coverage each week.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated expertise in the advanced practice of nursing within the Adult/Geriatric population and an understanding of the specific needs of this population, as well as a desire to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Licensure & Certification
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
