Advanced Process Engineer
As an Advanced Process Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and optimizing process engineering within our UOP business unit. You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced process control software and outcome-based solutions, ensuring operational excellence and driving continuous improvement. Your expertise in process engineering will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving product quality. You will report directly to our UOP Process Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Rosemont, IL location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nSenior Level Engineering position providing guidance and information to less experienced engineers.\nPlay a supportive role in technology resolution with the Process specialist.\nDrive maintenance, development, and improvement of infrastructure and tools.\nProcess simulation and design of units using simulation tools.\nPerform and review engineering calculations.\nDesign, sizing, specification, and selection of plant equipment.\nPreparation and review of technical reports, review of technical proposals.\nParticipate in hazards analysis studies as needed.\n\nBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL

The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $111,300 -$139,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE\n5+ years process or process design engineering experience in the Oil and Gas Industry or a related field\nExtensive process simulation experience using Unisim, Aspen, or similar software.\nExperience developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Heat and Material Balances (HMBs), and Process and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs\nBachelor's Degree in a technical discipline such as engineering or related field\n\nWE VALUE
\n\nExperience in Renewable Fuels, Alcohol to Jet, Gas Processing or related technologies.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects, support tool infrastructure, and development opportunities.\nSelf-driven and always looking to improve on the current best practices or technology offering.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nStrong internal and external customer facing skills.\nDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, develop, and mentor others.\nAbility to analyze and solve complex and challenging problems.\n\nABOUT HONEYWELL
