Advanced Reliability (a team within International Quality) focuses on the development of new/future products.  Our role is to ensure product design meets customer expectations under a variety of environments, geographical / terrain, vehicle applications and configurations, customer usage, etc.

 

About the Intern Program

12-week program with start dates on: May 12 or 19 or June 240 hours per weekMust graduate between December 2025 - May 2027 Responsibilities Review / evaluate data from Class 8 trucks with electric powertrainReview testing for reliability demonstrationSupport Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis for a new electrical vehicle architectureGain exposure to all aspects of design from concept to launchInteract with a variety of engineers and engineering teamsAssist with new product launch including design for reliability and validation to demonstrate reliabilityAssist in classifying vehicle system interactionsSupport Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) projects associated with Advanced Reliability Minimum Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
