JR62155 Advanced Technology Hardware Shift Technician, RDA&Metrology

Micron Technology, Inc の Advanced Technology ハードウエアシフトテクニシャン　 RDA&Metrologyは、
計測装置、検査装置の安定稼動を維持するために、装置の定期のメンテナンスや装置Down時のリカバリー対応をシフト勤務にて他のシフトと協力し24時間365日行います。
またこれらの通常業務だけでなく、稼働率改善のための活動を積極的に行います。更に計測装置起因の製品異常についての原因、究明及び対策実施などの対応を行います。

必須条件(業務における責任)：安全トレーニングを受講し、マイクロン安全ポリシーに従い業務を遂行する。装置のメンテナンスおよび故障修理を標準作業手順書に従い実施する。またはベンダーに対応を依頼する。装置起因の製品異常が発生した場合、装置を停止し原因追究を行う。装置用の管理チャートの監視を行い、異常値発生時には既定されているリアクションメカニズムに従い、対応を行う。FAB全体の改善活動に積極的に参加し、故障停止削減などの装置稼働率の改善業務を行う。次のシフトへの貢献や詳細なパスダウンのためのコミュニケーション，日々の問題や作業に対して疑問を上司、チームメンバー、関係者への報告を行う。安全，6Sなどのルールを順守し、問題が生じた場合には、適宜、上司へ報告/連絡/相談する。全ての作業はマイクロン独自のルールである、12Disciplines(12の規律)に従って行う。コミュニケーションスキルを有し、他部門の人と円滑に仕事を進めることできる。仕事に前向きに取り組むことができる。自己管理（業務及び健康）ができる。シフト勤務が可能な方　　　 勤務時間：シフト勤務4勤4休 （昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み→昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み・・のサイクルです）
昼勤：8:00～20:15、夜勤：20:00～翌朝8:15

あればなお可:半導体プロセスの基本的な知識基本的なパソコンスキルを有し、MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint等の経験装置起因、及び装置に関連する基本的な問題へのトラブルシューティング経験

Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers. Works on Fab Equipment.
