As an Advanced Technology Project Manager at Honeywell, in Brno, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of research projects associated with internal and external customers, including planning, controlling, reporting and executing the project within the defined boundaries.

This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key responsibilities

Manages the entire proposal process, including planning, execution and coordination with various departments.Understands the Bid & Proposals process, proposal conditions and rules (knowledge of the call Terms & Conditions).Oversees project planning, execution, budget, and milestone management within a defined area.Handles project finances and ensures alignment with budget.Identifies and mitigates risks, assigns tasks, and ensures timely delivery of project deliverables.

Key skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.Excellent English.Project management skills and practical knowledge of earned value management.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Self-starter & team player, who thrives in a fist-paced environment.
