RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Discovers, extracts, and manipulates data from various sources to prepare reports, scorecards, and dashboards intended for audiences ranging from hourly employees and customers to executive leadership.2. Assists with the coordination of contracting, bidding, and vetting.3. Loads data into various systems and acts as the single point of accountability for data integrity4. Manages dispatch and transportation programs to ensure proper execution, improvement, and recognition5. Reviews forecasts and collaborates with stakeholders to develop operational plans 6. Consults with legal, customers, and stakeholders on the development, coordination, and compliance of contracts. 7. Drives continuous improvements to the delivery process by collaboratively working with carriers and operations to seek out opportunities to improve efficiencies and delivery reliability. 8. Ensures compliance, manages performance, and conduct periodic audits as required9. Analyzes data to determine market evaluation of services and provides recommendations. 10. Facilitates monthly performance reviews and acts as a liaison between stakeholders and various MPC departments (AP, Dispatch, Procurement).11. Troubleshoots, investigates, and root causes incidents and disputes
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other business-related function is preferredMinimum 3-5 years of logistics, supply chain, or petroleum industry experience required.
