Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Adversary Force / Red Force Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead the Adversary Force and other relevant SMEs and will participate in discussions of the event and provide accomplishments and shortfalls of the entire exercise.

Will be required to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

What You'll Be Doing:

The contractor shall provide support for the planning, execution, and evaluation of the DoD Force on Force assessment exercises, as well as STEADFAST NOMAD, to include pre- and post-event operational effects and analysis. Force-on-Force is an assessment of custodial security forces in various CONUS and OCONUS locations and is used to determine the effectiveness of DoD-level security policy. 

Provide technical support and shall attend all required Working Group (WG) meetings, providing subject/task matter experts, to gather and plan for the logistics, operations, and execution of the exercise. 

Prepare an AAR capturing all required topic areas in coordination with the government exercise team.

Contractor shall plan the exercise planning meetings to include preparing agendas, producing meeting minutes and preparing comprehensive timelines and milestone charts.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

12 + years working in DoD Special Operations specializing in small team tactical engagements

Active Secret Clearance

Provide hands-on support, planning, and program management to the Nuclear Enterprise Nuclear Surety Department throughout the full life cycle (Joint Event Lifecycle (JELC)) of critical exercises to the DoD

Experience in exercise planning and execution to include developing and documenting exercise control systems, developing and conducting exercise specific controller and player training, manage exercise execution, and collecting quantitative and qualitative data on player activities.
