In this role you will get to support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) FoF Program. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Includes exercises which evaluate existing procedures, policies, and interactive processes for the security of nuclear weapons and/or those required to respond to accidents/ incidents involving nuclear weapons, improvised nuclear/radiological devices, and/or other radiological materials. + The Task Lead is directly responsible for meeting quality and schedule goals and working with the Program Manager (PM) to conduct all tasks within budget. + The Task Lead will function as an exercise planner for one or more collective training or technical events and will conduct international travel to monitor and support events overseas. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Demonstrated expertise in leading small unit tactical engagements. + Demonstrated experience in managing projects. + Secret Level Clearance. + Military, civilian, or contractor leadership experience in exercise planning required; experience preferred in developing, planning, participating, and executing Department of Defense, multi-agency/multi-national training events or exercises. + Knowledge in performing training capability or training needs assessments desired. + Must be able to travel unaccompanied to foreign and domestic locations. Travel is 25% or greater and includes travel to national and international locations. + Must have or be able to obtain US Passport. + Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools required.
