The Advertising, Accounting Specialist I performs administrative and transactional services associated with invoicing and financial activities for advertising clients.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success

Learns and performs a variety of tasks associates with month end invoicing and reporting of revenue.With guidance, performs and/or supports team efforts associated with:Client invoicing and aging activitiesCreate deposits as client checks are receivedEnters deposit information into company portal for reportingPost payments into financial module to create client invoicesProcesses client credit card paymentsApplies credit to client invoicesAssists in reconciling vendor invoices against billed charges to clientsProvides reporting on request for pre and post logs for spot advertising campaignsLearns and adheres to company and regulatory financial standards and requirements.Assists with special projects as assigned.  

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalentFamiliarity with Microsoft Office productsFamiliarity with Adobe PDF documentsStrong communication skillsAttention to detailStrong organizational skills
