Spectrum Reach has an exciting opportunity with our In Market Sales Team as an Account Executive-Automotive expert, to grow our sales, evangelize Spectrum Reach Media Solutions and expand awareness of Spectrum Reach’s offering to advertisers. You will be the connector who drives auto sales for the Inland Empire region. We power our solutions with data from our 32 million customers nationwide and have the technology, partnerships, and the expertise to reach nearly the entire marketplace.
As an Account Executive, you will lead all sales and client management responsibilities of your book of business, focusing on the Automotive space. You will be responsible for driving revenue through a combination of account management and proactive selling of our data-driven media solutions.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate new business in the Automotive space in a metric based environment
You are responsible for being knowledgeable of all key auto partners and staying up to date and reporting industry trendsHave a hand in the auto aspect of the advertising businessAchieve sales and strategic goalsCultivate and nurture connections with brands and marketing/advertising agenciesRecognize business challenges that Spectrum Reach’s media solutions can address; connect solutions with business challengesOversee sales forecasting and reporting for your Book of BusinessCommunicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders with the ability to adapt your style and delivery to many levels of technical expertiseDeliver client results that earn repeat businessWHAT OUR ADVERTISING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES ENJOY MOST

Required Qualifications
Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations in the Automotive spaceStrong relationship building and interpersonal skills Assist with providing direction, and overall strategy in the Auto space by articulating client strategies using industry knowledge to expand business opportunitiesDeveloping positive relationships with clients and the community3+ years of sales with ideally 2+ years of progressive sales experience in Automotive & Digital advertising (preferably CTV), insertion order media and/or managed services to marketing decision-makers with brands and/or independent ad agenciesExperience in Local broadcast, cable, on-line or print media sales experience (3-5+ years), leadership experience (3-5 years), sales experience (3-5 years) Relationship building, sales lead conversion, managing deadlines and priorities, developing new businesses Ability to use data in the development and sale of a media strategyAdept at presenting complex solutions in a simple, easy to understand mannerUnderstanding of the media landscape and evolving dynamics of advertising within itFamiliarity of the Adtech ecosystem including ad network, ad exchange, SEM platform, DSP, SSP, and other online advertising technologyStrong presentation skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients; confident in negotiatingLocal and regional travel; valid driver’s license and safe driving recordPreferred Qualifications

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.
The base pay for this position generally is between $48,000.00 and $48,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $140,000.
