WE LOVE OUR WORK. Serves as a liaison between internal departments and all supporting departmentsDevelops content and advertising strategy; Proposes recommendations to Leadership and executes upon approvalSupervises flow of work orders, to include writing creative briefs, modifying job orders, and coordinating traffic to ensure timelines are met and projects are completed within budget. Identifies and escalates issues to keep deadlines on schedule. Assigns tasks as needed for re-prioritization; communicate effectively with all internal and external clients Produces advertising, graphics, direct mail and multimedia using creative design concepts and original designs in collaboration with Corporate Marketing Reviews projects and creative content for errors before printing and publishing them in conjunction with Corporate Marketing. Suggests improvements and changes as necessary. Maintains graphic library for asset usage in multi-media and in-house murals, signage and collateral for assigned properties Responsible for updating and scheduling all on floor collateral including traditional printed signage and digital Assists with development and execution of advertising campaigns; Makes recommendations for improvement as needed Provides direction and recommendations to ensure brand is consistently represented Assists in managing all marketing support services to include advertising, public relations, and internal department requests; Responsible for press releases and media correspondence in relation to marketing programs or property advertising Responsible for inputting and managing job requests in the project management system Updates information and schedules within the project management system in a timely manner to ensure that all information is accurate and up to date; Generates status reports and distribute as necessary; Creates ad-hoc reporting as needed Assists with occasional resizing of images and other basic small in-house graphic requests using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrato. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.Assists in research for marketing and advertising projects; provides administrative support to the Marketing Department as neededResponsible for tracking marketing programs including promotions, special events, direct mail, etc.; creates reports with cost analysis and program evaluation; reviews and discusses results with manager to improve, change, and/or enhance programsEnthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service, positively effects interactions with guests and Team Members, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkersWorks closely with Marketing leadership to implement social media goals and strategies, ensuring that campaigns align with PR and marketing initiativesAttends property events and activities to gather content (including evening and weekend events)Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to managementHelp with promotional logistics including assembly of displays, unpacking/moving gifts, etc…Perform other duties may be assigned as necessary: BRING US YOUR BEST. Associate degree (A.A.) in Marketing, Finance, or related area required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong client interface and presentation skills required. Demonstrated ability to drive toward results. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment. Must have strong problem-solving, decision-making, project management, and organizational skills.
